Marketing & Engagement Administrative Assistant
At CMA, we are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing & Engagement Administrative Assistant to support our marketing efforts and help us connect with clients, partners, and the community. Key Responsibilities:
Creative Content Development: Assist in the design and execution of marketing materials such as flyers, event collateral, and graphics using tools like Canva.
Marketing Support: Help manage and execute marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility and promote company services.
Event Representation: Attend and represent CMA at networking events, trade shows, and community gatherings (including evenings and weekends).
Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients, partners, and community members.
Social Media & Online Presence: Monitor and engage with online reviews (Google, Yelp, BBB, etc.), and collaborate with teams to ensure professional responses are posted.
Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance, including scheduling, data entry, document preparation, and maintenance.
Internal Coordination: Assist with planning and coordinating internal events like staff meetings, town halls, and team-building activities.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align marketing strategies with company goals, values, and culture.
Qualifications:
Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED; some college coursework in marketing or a related field is preferred. Minimum 1 year of marketing experience and 2 years of administrative support experience (or equivalent).
Skills:
Proficient in Canva and basic social media management.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks, stay organized, and manage multiple projects.
Comfortable attending events outside standard business hours.
Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to manage client relationships.
Technical Skills: Experience with Word Processing, Spreadsheet software, Email, and Internet; familiarity with industry-specific applications is a plus.
