Human Resource Payroll Specialist- Part Time
We're looking for a detail-oriented Part-Time Payroll & HR Support Specialist to join our HR team. This role is responsible for processing payroll, maintaining payroll systems, and providing general HR support. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working with sensitive information.
Key Responsibilities:
Process payroll changes and assist with semi-monthly payroll
Ensure timely completion of employee timesheets
Address employee payroll and PTO inquiries
Track FMLA and other payroll-impacting events
Support compensation reviews, onboarding, and reporting
Assist with special HR projects and compliance reporting
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
1+ year of HR experience and 2+ years of payroll experience (or equivalent)
Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
