Compliance Supervisor
CMA is seeking an experienced Compliance Supervisor to lead our Compliance and Design Review & Modifications teams. Under the direction of the Director of Operations, you’ll oversee covenant enforcement, architectural review processes, vendor contracts, and staff performance within a dynamic master-planned community.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise compliance and design review staff, ensuring adherence to CMA policies
Conduct property inspections and manage enforcement of association guidelines
Oversee architectural control committee (ACC) processes, including application reviews and committee support
Manage vendor contracts and coordinate with service area committees
Develop department procedures, training plans, and performance evaluations
Support budgeting, capital project planning, and community events
Serve as a liaison between homeowners, staff, and association leadership
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred, or 3 years of relevant experience
Strong supervisory background; CMCA designation preferred
Solid understanding of HOA operations and community governance
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
