Community Services Coordinator
We are seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Community Services Coordinator to serve as a primary point of contact for residents, homeowners, guests, and Association staff. This position supports daily office operations, resident services, amenity reservations and access, payment processing, and community programs.
Essential Responsibilities
- Answer phones, greet visitors, respond to resident inquiries, and provide professional customer service.
- Schedule amenity reservations, collect deposits, process forms, and coordinate refunds.
- Prepare new homeowner welcome letters and provide Association information and forms.
- Manage homeowner amenity and vehicle gate access, including issuing credentials and maintaining access records.
- Assist with HO-6 insurance tracking and commercial/residential lease records.
- Process homeowner payments, invoices, mail, and other office documentation.
- Maintain office equipment and supplies.
- Monitor amenity access systems and coordinate with vendors to resolve issues.
- Use Microsoft Office, Adobe, email, CINC, and other Association software.
- Assist with community events, Annual Meetings, property tax records, and other operational projects.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Two years of related experience and/or training preferred.
- Strong customer service, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Professional and courteous demeanor with the ability to handle challenging customer situations.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable learning and using computer systems and software.
- Community association, property management, or administrative experience is a plus.
