Vice President On-Site Client Services

PLANO, TX

CMA is seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President of On-Site Client Services to provide leadership and operational oversight for the company’s On-Site Division. Reporting to the President, this position will lead and develop the On-Site management team, strengthen client and Board relationships, drive client retention, and support the continued growth and operational excellence of CMA.

The Vice President will also play an integral role in strategic planning, business development, process improvement, and the implementation of company initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership, direction, coaching, and support to On-Site Association Managers and assigned staff.
  • Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee development.
  • Ensure compliance with CMA’s Mission, Values, Service Standards, policies, and operating procedures.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with association Boards of Directors and assigned clients.
  • Lead client retention efforts, including contract renewals, annual increases, and multi-year agreements.
  • Provide guidance and support to Managers regarding client relations, community operations, and problem resolution.
  • Monitor account performance and provide regular updates and recommendations to the President.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, staffing, service delivery, and overall performance.
  • Participate in strategic planning and implement operational initiatives aligned with company objectives.
  • Support the onboarding of new accounts and On-Site Association Managers.
  • Collaborate with the President, CFO, and Business Development team on proposals, pricing, and prospective client opportunities.
  • Participate in Board meetings, orientations, training programs, and other client initiatives as needed.
  • Serve as an interim On-Site Manager when necessary.
  • Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 8+ years of related professional experience, including at least 2 years in community association management and 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
  • Strong industry knowledge and experience working with association Boards and clients.
  • Proven leadership, coaching, communication, organizational, financial, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of client service and operational excellence.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicable business management systems.
  • AMS designation required; PCAM preferred.
